  tldr: Exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Had a lock malfunction (preventing use) on the exterior door of our townhome in South Beach. Wasn't sure whether it could be repaired or required replacement. Locksmith arrived 5-10 minutes after my initial call and had the lock repaired -- quite literally -- moments after he arrived. Color me impressed.
