  I don't understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews. My daughter locked herself out of her room so I called them at 3pm for emergency service and I was told that they would get someone out to us quickly. The hours ticked by. The next morning, I still hadn't heard from anyone so I tried reaching out again to get a status update. The person on my phone took all my information again and (once again) told me they would have someone out quickly. Hours later, I still haven't received a call or response. They have a ton of reviews that mention how quick and responsive they are (which is why I contacted them), but that hasn't been our experience.

  I locked myself out of my room. (No surprise here) & in a frenzy, I did a quick google search. This company advertised quick response time, so I called. The initial call was brief and I was told someone would call me shortly. That call came within minutes and they were at my place in about 20! The locksmith was friendly and professional. He had to have patience to get though to avoid drilling. I’m grateful for that because I wasn’t forced to rekey. It took maybe 6 minutes tops. I would definitely use this company again in a pinch. 5 stars.

  These guys installed my 65 inch TV and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. Vitaly and his guys arrived on time and they quickly and efficiently installed the TV on my living room wall. When we realised that the mount I had was no good for the size of my TV, they provided a suitable mount from their van for a very reasonable price. The installation was so strong that it held the weight of 190 pound person let alone my 65 inch screen. I highly recommend these guys for any TV install.
