  I wouldn't recommend my dog use these people. It takes them three hours to get out here for one. And when they said they'd be there in 10 to 15 minutes LOL. Then they said one price over the phone but when he got here they was trying to charge $150 🖕🖕 we figured it out ourselves and got in within 10 minutes and saved 150 bucks. These people should not be running a business.

  The key to my remote start broke off my key faub and the key was lost while I was at work. I called progressive to make another key for me the tech was very professional, and he came to my job in less than 20 mins. In that short time I received a phone call from h.r. that someone had turned my key in but the tech was already there. He was so kind and had understanding and patience. He waited for me for ten minutes while i was retreiving my key from h.r. but he did not charge me a service fee. That type of professionalism goes a long way and I will definitely be using them again if I need, and will recommend them. Thank you again. I am greatful for their speedy service and professionalism. If I ever get locked out of my car or loose my key again i would definitely use them again.

  Their knowledgeable and well-spoken staff saved me money by taking their time to fix something others might discard in favor of the old more-money-faster approach. I get the sense they Rreally see customers as people and not just profit equations.
