  My key broke off in the door and the dealership couldn’t provide a key that worked on my older vehicle (even using the VIN). I googled locksmiths in my area and Professional Lock and Key was one company listed. They quickly scheduled me and came to my remote location. The tech was professional, patient and extremely helpful. I wasn’t just another faceless customer. He explained what he was doing and issues that tend to occur with the keys for my vehicle. I thought my key issue would have to result in them ripping out the cylinder but his experience eliminated that option. He retrieved the bottom portion and was able to cut a new fully functional key.
