  ProLock was very responsive to my call and got service the same day within an hour of my original call. The technician was right on time and was able to fix the lock in question with a switch out of some parts, good as new! He also looked at the entire entry door and gave some suggestions on items needing attention. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend! Great job ProLock! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  We called this business on a whim out of desperate need to re key a home that we purchased. They were fantastic. Above and beyond. They were able to come out same day. The job ended up being complicated due to the sort of doors we had- but- they were so patient and willing to fix any issue that arose. We plan to call them for all future door servicing needs because they were knowledgeable and professional - and got the job done!
