We needed an extra set of keys and a smart key programmed for our granddaughter’s car before she headed back to university.  We were so pleased to find this shop because we just wanted to drive to their location and get the job done as soon as possible.  While they certainly will come to you, they also offer service at their location on a walk-in (no appointment necessary) basis.  Their location is very convenient and they got the keys made and programmed in only 20 minutes at a very reasonable rate.

Needed a deadbolt rekeyed. Called and explained what I needed and they gave a quote over the phone. Took my lock in and within minutes it was ready to go. Great price too. Will definitely return if I need any lock work done in the future.

We were really happy with the convenience, helpfulness and price.  We got an automobile key with a programmed chip for about 1/3 what the dealer quoted.  I'm glad they're in th neighborhood.

We needed to rekey a deadbolt and match the key to another outside door. Steven did it all in just a few minutes and at a good price. We reinstalled the sets and the locks work well.

Great communication and very prompt service. Will probably be using them again soon!

Had an awesome experience!!  I needed two vehicle keys laser cut and two fobs programmed.  I had purchased the key blanks and fobs online, which was no problem.  I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and saved a bunch of money.  Kevin was very professional and efficient.  He even gave me the key code number for future cuts, and programmed the key chips, which I was going to do myself.  He has a nice shop in a very convenient location.  I'll be back if I need lock services.  Thank you Kevin!!

I had a dog lock himself and my keys in my van. When I called I was told that the wait time was 20-30 minutes tops.
Had I known my poor dog would be stuck in my van waiting for over two hours in the while we waited for them to show, I would have called someone else in area.
By the time the tech arrived the dog was shaking from distress. My children were worried and anxious, and I was furious.
My father is a third generation locksmith. I know that things happen, however, I didn’t get a courtesy call until over an hour had passed saying it would be another 20-30 minutes.
When I asked for a discount the most he offered was a $15 coupon.
I didn’t feel that was adequate for the stress and unprofessionalism— and I let him know so—but I accepted anyway.

$65 for four devastated kids and a traumatizing experience for my dog and an insult of unprofessionalism to boot. Do not recommend. 🤬

The owner is extremely professional and very nice. His prices are excellent. I needed a center cut key for my 2011 Kia Soul and I had 3 cut for under $20. It's almost impossible to find people to cut these keys. He is also open on Saturdays, which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this guy to anyone.
