  While my service was great and quick, make sure you give thorough details before quote. I had a miscommunication issue, but their customer service took the time to fix the situation for me and ensure I was happy which I know is often not the case.   Prestige Lock & Home installed a front door handle set and mail box for my home. I mentioned to the owner that I had a few interior doors that were not closing properly. He said, don't worry I will take a look. Not only did he correct the door issues but would not charge me for the extra work. I highly recommend.
