I believe it was jimbo who helped me out. I had locked my keys in my car and from the time that I called to the time he had got my car unlocked was 25 minutes or less. Great service, saved me a lot of trouble.

Cut the key fob in less than an hour, prices are beyond fair compared to most other places. I will drive from Phoenix to come here.

Prescott Lock and Safe is absolutely the best!  They installed our commercial master system at our plaza many years ago.  Due to the nature of our business, when locks break we usually need them fixed quickly.  Their service is always prompt and reliable.

Very impressed! We lost the only set of keys for our truck, and not only did they get us back in in the truck quickly, Chad let me know the easiest way to get the code for my keys and helped save me money in the process. Great communication as well! I highly recommend them!

Outstanding service!  I have a 2005 Honda Element and the ignition switch had become completely stuck.  Online research proved that its common in '03 to '08 models as Honda used brass wafers in the tumblers that can end up wearing out and binding up.  The big problem is to replace the part costs upwards of $1500. The part alone online costs any where from $700 to $1000 (manufacturer price & dealer gouging)!

I did find out through YouTube that the ignition part that takes the key can be rebuilt for substantially less!  Thanks to Jimbo, he knew exactly what it was and how to fix it and he just saved me a very large amount of money! Should last me about another 10 years.  Total bill came to $145.  Very Happy! Thank you!  It stinks I'm moving away but I will always remember Prescott Lock & Safe!

Chad and Jimbo are amazing!  They came out and removed old locks and re keyed all our locks to match.   Highly recommend a they are energetic and helpful and made recommendations that were within our budget.  Support local!
