I went in to copy my car key. I called ahead to make sure they do that and the woman was very helpful. When I went in the two men who helped me were very professional. I got out of there quickly with exactly what I needed. Gem of a place as far as I am concerned and will be recommending this place if anyone I know needs their services.

These folks are all class. Absolutely thrilled with the resetting a combo on a huge safe I found on Facebook. I bright the door to the shop and they had the combination reset within minutes. They took the the time to educate me about my safe, and made sure I could operate the dial combination before I left. They were recommended to me by three different people and it’s easy to see why. A remarkable experience. Recommended to all.

I had a great experience purchasing a home safe through them. Karen and her family replied AFTER HOURS on FB messenger and through Email in very timely manners. The delivery process went extremely smooth and they made sure my carpet and tile were safe from damage. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s names but they were very professional. Unfortunately they forgot to bring a face mask with them (Covid) but they had absolutely no problem wearing the ones I provided. I have no complaints, and if and when I’m in the market for another safe, I will go through precision again!!!!

Update: 12/16/20 - 12/19/20
I contacted PS&L about a loosely installed outlet on 12/16, I didn't get a response, I went ahead and looked at the issue on Saturday to find out whoever installed the outlet created their own holes and didn't verify whether it was actually secure. So I suggest that if you purchase an outlet kit through them, install it yourself or have the delivery guys install on site before securing your safe to floor.

We guy needs more training. Took over a hour for a simple bed liner lock. Nothing against the guy but he didn’t know much only being there for such a short time. I had to politely ask him to go get help.

I am so sorry that it took so long!  Sometimes although it looks like a simple lock, they can be very difficult.  Again I apologize that it took so long.

Very good. I have been there before & both times the were able to fix my problems with auto key fob & ignition key.
