After locking ourselves out of our house (totally our fault) and waiting for another locksmith to show (waited for almost 2 hours), we called Pop-A-Lock.  The gentleman was here in 20 minutes!  He had use back in our house in no time!!  Our two dogs were thrilled as they had not been able to be out for too many hours. We will call you when we do something stupid again!!

Great people! They arrived at the location within 10-15 minutes. It only took them a few minutes to make a new key. They even gave me a spare one (to unlock the car doors) for free! Highly recommend.

What can I say about the professional quick and awesome service I received from the Pop-A-Lock company?!!!!
Well, I guess I already said it!!!
My key got stuck in my driver side door. It was the only key I had. I called other locksmith numbers/companies BUT only received voice recordings to leave a message. I called Pop-A-Lock Indy and received a quick & professional answer from the customer service rep and was told that some one would be contacting me shortly. Within 3 minutes I  received a call from Pop-A-Lock and they came right out and quickly (20 minutes tops) turned my problem into a resolution.
Let me tell you all who may be reading this review and in need of a locksmith......don’t mess with the rest, call the best!!! Pop-A-Lock Indy!!!!! YOU guys ROCK!!!! I actually cried humble tears 😭 😭😭 because the price was VERY reasonable for fast and professional service I received.

I called and was given a 60 minute wait time. 75 minutes later I called and they had no record of my call. They gave to apology and no compensation for the time lost. Time that I spend locked out of my car with a 2 year old in 90 degree weather. They put no rush to correct the issue and told me the new wait would be another 50 minutes. I will not use or trust this service in the future

I have been without my car for 10 days as of today. I called around to about 10 different places and out of all the places that I called Pop a lock was the only service place I would recommend because not only they were quick and efficient but they were friendly and polite. Both the gentleman that tried last night and the gentleman tonight tried to get my car unlocked. The gentleman that I got my car unlocked today his name is Mark. Mark went above and beyond when trying to reprogram my key being as though My car had a new ignition put in so the key was not matching up with the program. He was finally able to figure out what year and country my car is key was made in and get my car up and running today after me not having it for 10 days. Thank you so much to both Papa lock and Mark for your amazing service.

Very unprofessional. We used them in January to make a key for our SUV. The technician was smoking when he pulled up to meet with me. He had a very bad attitude from the start and I notice a tattoo that I consider to be a symbol of racism.  He stopped multiples times during his visit to smoke and after he was done I could smell cigarette smoke in my vehicle. Price was higher than other places. Very un satisfied and will not use them again.

After the theft of my keys, I called around to locksmiths trying to see what my options were. I had a spare to the car, but knowing that there was a set unaccounted for, I opted to get a new ignition to prevent the theft of the vehicle.   Matt at Pop A Lock Carmel couldn't have been more knowledgeable and service-minded.  He was out to the parking lot at my office and finished with the replacement in a few hours. Very happy with the service and peace of mind.  Would recommend them to anyone...

My husband, Mark Stephens’s, review is not showing up on Google Maps even though it does not violate any of their policies or rules. Here it is: This is ridiculous. I called pop-a-lock at 1:30pm on April 11th and the person on the phone told me I would have a call back within thirty minutes to an hour. They also told me it would cost over six hundred dollars to have two keys made. I called back at 2:30pm after hearing nothing & talked to a different person. They told me that they were snowed under & five or six people were ahead of me now & I'd get a call back by 4:30pm. 4:30 came & went & I heard nothing from pop a lock. The next morning I called them back & they said they would text the technician & have him call me. The technician called an hour later & told me that they couldn't make the keys because the equipment to code the transponder was broken & they wouldn't get it back for two weeks. I asked if he had any suggestions for other locksmiths that could do the job & was told that no other locksmiths in Indianapolis could make my keys & that my best bet was to call a dealership. I called a few more locksmiths & found one that not only made two keys, but charged me two hundred less. The tech told me that it was bs what pop a lock said & the equipment to code the transponder was readily available many places in Indianapolis. Yet another Indianapolis company with horribly disrespectful customer service.
