  I totally lost my keys. I have panic and anxiety disorders. After 2 hours searching and knowing I had appointments in the morning, I opted for a new key made. Pop-A-Lock accommodated my wishes to get the key after hours. The technician was really good to deal with and professional. You guys deserve 10 ⭐️‘S

  The EAT was 40 mins. But the tech arrived in about 15mins. And he took only about a minute to unlock & open the door… He was very nice. And he even told me the rates for key replacement, with the holiday up charge too. But thankfully, I didn’t need any replacement key(s). (Which was Christmas Eve) My roadside service with my insurance paid 100%, so there was no out of pocket cost :)

  I called 2 different days and talked with the girl that answered phone, she said the technician would call me so we could discuss the issue. I waited for the 2 days I called and still waiting 7 days later. I called a different company and they came out and took care of problem in less then an hour. Good thing I was not on the side of the road somewhere...thanks for NOTHING POP A LOCK!!!!!
