I don’t know their rate because they were contracted through my car insurance. But they came out in a timely manner. I was able to track their progress in coming on an app while they were on their way. The gentleman who opened my car was professional. The process was fast and smooth with no damage to my car. Maybe part of that is having an older car that might be easier to break into. Don’t know. I just know it went really smoothly for me, he seemed to know well what he was doing, and he made sure I was ok before leaving. Great and effective service!

The guy that came out was awesome and also told me what I needed to do to get my battery cable cleaned 🙈I greatly appreciated him helping me. It was a very long day at work to be stuck afterwards with a dead battery so it was really nice to not have to wait long at all!

The techs were amazing! My insurance company told them the wrong location at first and the tech originally assigned called a fellow tech who was near me and sent him to me. They were waiting on the call to change locations and it never came. I was reassigned to a different company. The original tech called me to ask if I knew about the call and I told home that they dispatched another company and I had an estimated 1 hour wait time. The tech said no he would send his co worker right out to me and they came and changed it for me in 3 minutes!

Came thru my insurance's roadside assistance when I couldn't get the tire off my car to change it. SUPER fast service and very friendly tech. I am thankful for roadside assistance, and grateful to Pop-A-Lock for showing up faster than expected to help and being so kind.

The technician Reggie came out. He’s quick, friendly, and funny.  This is my second time I’ve had to call them in 3 weeks for a flat tire. First time he didn’t know it but my anxiety was so high and he helped me figure out a place to go and set my mind at ease. I was lucky enough to have him both times. The ETA was beaten by 40 minutes and the technician was very pleasant. He opened my car door in about 45 seconds. Highly satisfied with the service. I wish I remembered his name. Bu the time I got to my wallet to give him a tip, he was already gone.

I had a door dasher accidentally lock herself out of her car that had her phone in it. She was in my driveway stranded so I called popalock at 9:29 last night and gave my address. They said they would be here in 20 minutes. They called me back within 5 minutes and asked for my address again and said it would be 20 minute.. no big deal. I then waited until 10:15, and asked for an ETA. They said it would be another 30-20 minutes. Okay.. so an HOUR passes by and it’s 11:15. I call and ask for an ETA and inform them that I was originally quoted 20 minutes. They reported that one of the drivers said that someone had already taken the call?? I said no, no one has came. They said it will be 20 minutes.. geez. So then I get a call from a random number at 11:40 from the driver who is very much frustrated. He is saying that he cannot find my house.. eventually I had to text him personally to drop my location. And the service was not completed until midnight. I cannot imagine having someone wait for almost three hours and they charged the woman for the full price, $75+There was not an apology given nor really an explanation.

I understand everyone has different experiences but this was awful. I had someone in front of my house, it’s December so it’s chilly, with her car in idle for almost 3 hours. I wanted her to come in but I understand being careful and she also didn’t want someone to break into her car since it was running. Hopefully this is a rare incident for this company or maybe they can look into this and correct their mistakes to make sure that someone doesn’t have to go through this again.

I called to get a quote to get our roommates car unlocked to retrieve her keys. I was quoted 35 minutes or less. The driver called to say he was 10 minutes away, arrived on time and wad quick, clean, and well spoken. Highly recommend.
