Incredibly grateful to Nadav for his same-day service changing several of our locks. He's fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He goes above and beyond to share his expertise and important safety tips while rekeying your locks. He's an upstanding member of our community and we're fortunate to have him!

Nadav was able to come the day after I called, do a fantastic job on rekeying 8 locks, changing mailbox lock, figuring out installing brand new technology smart locks, all within 2 hours. He was in time, a fantastic person to work with, enthusiastic about home automation and great at offering his expertise without any judgement (which was a problem with locksmiths for me before!). Who knew updating locks could be a highlight of one’s day, but here we are. I highly recommend Pioneer locksmith!

2nd time around, just as good if not better than the first. Nadav helped me re-key my house a couple of years ago. Two days ago I called him for help on another property (drilling out and replacing a deadbolt). He answers his phone, gives clear direction and updates, shows up on time, and makes quick work of your locksmithing issues. I can't seem to find a 6-star option here, so 5-stars will have to do. Thanks again!

Nadav is hands down the best locksmith and more importantly one of the most honest, friendly and personable people I've ever met.  We had a rush emergency and he got back to me immediately and got our house to change out a faulty lock and install a new one.  If you ever need a locksmith, you have to call Nadav!  Thanks Nadav!  You're the best!

Fast, courteous, reasonably priced. I called three other locksmiths for quotes on a commercial re-key, and they didn't even bother calling back!  Nadav had two other appointments but worked me in with only 2 hours notice. He not only answered my call, but followed up to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived. He worked very quickly as he had another appointment to get to, but remained professional and courteous throughout. Rather than taking off immediately he patiently had me try each lock to ensure everything was working properly.

He took three other calls as he completed my re-key, and very courteously told each of them he was with a customer and would call them back.

For others in Marin County searching for a local locksmith, there are several that claim to be local but are NOT, but he is!  I would definitely recommend Nadav, and I will use him again!

What a great experience! Super responsive, really professional, and they were available and at my home when they said they would be. I really appreciated the friendly help and would use this company again without hesitation.

I needed my front door unlocked and he gave me a list of prices I couldn’t see. And he stated his writing was bad and then stated each price and proceeded to pretend to try to pick lock . B S acting. Then tried the bladder and changed his mind he didn’t want to hurt the door frame ( it is medal! Wouldn’t of worked) I just told him to drill the lock and all this happened it 7 min of drama and tried to charge me $600.00 dollars. Stay away SCAM artist.

My experience with Pioeneer was fantastic!  We needed to have our house doors re-keyed because the keys had been lost.  I called Nadav, the owner, in the morning and he made time for us several hours later and came out to take care of the job.  He was friendly, professional, a fast-worker and has very good energy.  I would suggest that you call no one else but him.

Nadav was great. Showed up in the window he said he would. Called me 15 mins before he arrived as he said he would. The installation exposed a hole that wasn't previously visible which he told me would be the case and then when I wanted to proceed, he recommended the best way to fix the hole, which I did in no time flat. Great service all around.

Nadav was incredibly helpful and generous with helping me out with a situation that seemed at first straightforward for changing out a lock but turned out to be more complicated because of doorframe issues, well beyond the service call. He  was super responsive to my calls and always on time. Highly recommend him!
