  I recently moved in to an older house that has unique doorknobs and locks. We contacted 4 locksmiths about getting the locks re-keyed. The first locksmith came out, took one look at the locks, and announced that he couldn't re-key them. I called two more locksmiths who initially said that they could re-key the locks but, upon seeing the locks in photos I sent, changed their minds and said that no, they couldn't re-key those. Finally I called Phil's Mobile Locksmith. Rich came out to the house and successfully changed the locks! It took him over an hour to re-key two locks, which I think would take about 15 minutes with modern locks. Rich told me he hadn't changed locks with this type of internal mechanism since the 90s. I was really happy with the result. Excellent customer service! Thank you Rich!
