  I took my truck here in the first week of Jan. Appointment was for a monday. My truck didn't get in a bay until Wednesday. Here we are in the third week of Feb. 11 hrs of labor, & the only thing fixed was a minor air leak. Almost 1800 dollars spent & i still had to get my truck towed to the dealer. I lost a job, due to not be available. These people don't communicate & are lackadaisical when it comes diagnosing an issue. Over a month & the incompetence they displayed concerning what is wrong with my truck is egregious to say the least. If you want to pay for people's tremendous gross negligence & incompetence then take your truck here. Oh! They also tried to charge me 10k for a body work & paint job I was quoted 5k for by a popular & reputable shop. They must of thought I didn't call peterbilt to get a quote on the parts. SMH! Never going back nor will I ever even think of referring them. Update: spoke to sandi & service manager. They wanted to know my side of the story which is clearly expressed in my review. Offered a discount on next service. No amount expressed. No real incentive to return. Truck was towed to dealer & completed in less then a week. Photo of issues explaining the simplicity of the issues that was undiagnosed by Pennfleet.
