  Reached out via email for help identify/locating a specific & apparently unique type of hardware (I had lots of pics/examples of what I was looking for, but no clue what to call it, or even how to describe it intelligently to hardware experts). To their credit, they replied promptly to my email (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Unfortunately, that’s where the help stopped. They were quick to inform me that they didn’t carry it, they couldn’t provide any insight on what to call it or even how to describe it, nor could they recommend anywhere else for me to look. When I followed up, clarifying that any insight at all from their perspective as furniture hardware experts would be valuable, their (again prompt) reply was “we don’t carry tray hardware.” Great. Thanks.
