  Highly recommend Gerald and Patriot Lock and Key. I just moved into a new home and needed a re-keying. Gerald was very responsive and quick to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. His rates were the most competitive of the many locksmiths I called, and he was very friendly and quick. You can tell he has a lot of experience. All in all, I strongly encourage to choose him for you lock services and will be calling him again if I need future help.

  What a company and what a service!! Clyde just left our house and I am so very impressed with the service provided by him. It all started last week when I closed the deal on my house and didn't receive any keys for the locks including the main door. Obviously there was an urgent need to replace or rekey all the locks. Called a few companies referred by the listing agent but I wasn't comfortable with their caveated offers. And then found out about Patriot Lock & Key. Called them and spoke to this gentleman called Russell, who I later found out , is the owner of the company. He immediately understood my situation, comforted me that his team would come and fix everything and was so straight forward about the charges and everything that I signed up with him immediately. As I was told by Russell, they texted to confirm the appointment and then showed up at exactly that time. And then another amazing experience with Clyde started. He is a super efficient, extremely pleasant individual and so very adept at his work. He was here for re-keying but he went tons of extra miles in even adjusting the direction of locks - as not all the locks were taking the key same way. He clearly takes pride in what he does and hence does it to "perfection". I usually don't like to pay tips for services above the service charges but with the amazing service I received, I offered him a tip and he wouldn't even take that. I can go on and on to praise him as he left such a good feeling with his service and attitude but the point is that's the kind of company and individuals everyone likes to work with. I recommend Russell, Clyde and the team to anyone without any inhibitions!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Patriot Lock & Key. I had fired an employee and needed service right away. They were at my business within a couple hours. The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was done in less than 30 min and even adjusted my door closer for free and the bill was very reasonable compared to other services I've used.
