HORRIBLE experience with this company! Very unprofessional and was ONLY worried about getting paid. Would not cooperate even though the money was coming from the ins company. IG Burton even offered to send him a purchase order and they would pay him and he wouldn't even accept that. Not to mention a $480 tow bill for a few miles tow and 3 days storage when I asked for it to be taken to IG burton in the first place. He wouldn't. Said he needed his money first. Really? ON TOP OF THAT THEY DAMAGED THE VEHICLE! The accident damage was driver front and they put a HUGE dent on the back liftgate. If you don't care about your customers or their property why are you in business? So now instead of worrying about getting your tow bill paid you will be paying for our damages.

Had an appointment to clear my car out and I have to say I was impressed on how polite passwater towing was. The lady who pulled my car around even helped me clear out my belongings. Had to deal with costal towing before and they were nasty and unprofessional so it was nice to experience such professionalism in an unfortunate time. Thank you
