  Terrible crooks. Parking permit was on the dash. When we got to the business, they took our keys because the rental agreeement was in the van and would not allow us back so they opened the van without us present. The parking permit was oddly placed in the passenger door. We have talked to many people and this towing company’s charges are all over the place. We were charged $248.13. Not sure how a condominium would want to pay for this business as we will be contacting them.

  Awful company. I had my parking pass on the dash and they had the audacity to tell me that it wasn't. I am extremely disappointed in SPI and Windwater hotel letting this awful company do business there. They also wouldn't let me get my own car and forced me to give them my keys to bring the car around front. Extremely unprofessional and concerning on how they run their business.
