  I recently bought a cordless leaf blower and the attachment is faulty and does not fit onto the blower. I also have not been able to turn it on a single time due to the battery not charging. I attempted to return it and was told that since it's out of the packaging (even though I brought the torn box in) that they won't accept the return. This product is useless to me, and as a person who is huge about supporting local businesses I'm truly shocked that they won't back their products and at least offer an even exchange for my faulty purchase that I've been unable to use.
