  Great store in all aspects! I can't say enough about the staff! If you need parts to do a job that you've never done before, and so you're not sure which parts you need, just go on into the store and explain to one of the staff what you're trying to do, and he, or she (yes, some pretty sharp females work there, too - well, I only met one, but I imagine there are more) will be able to hook you up with the parts you need and more than likely tell you how to do the job. They are great!

  I arrived at True Value at 11:52 am. I was told they were closed. I had previously called around 11:30 am about a product and I verified that the store would close at noon. I made the white, blond, short haired female aware of the time. She told me they closed at 11:55 am. I told her it wasn't even 11:55. She still proclaimed that the store was closed. I guess they don't honor their store's hours on Saturdays? Maybe they had something important to do? Maybe they don't value customers? I don't know but I will spend my money somewhere else in the future.
