  This is one of the best businesses around. This company goes above and beyond for the customer. The owner is all about saving the customer money and expects his employees to do the same. Although this company may not be perfect to some it is to me. I guess I’m one that realizes not everything or everyone in life is perfect. Thank you all who work hard to serve the customer.

  Conveniently located. Not very friendly. Note that if you purchase a box or envelope to ship your item, you will be charged not only for the box or envelope, but also an additional $1.00 called "packing". Whenever I purchase a box or envelope and place my item in it and seal it, why should I be charged for packing in addition to the box or envelope itself? You won't notice it unless you scrutinize your receipt.

  Dear Theron, Thank you for the opportunity to make things right. We do charge $1.00 for taping, labor and any additional packaging we may use. A small cost, but we don’t hide it. If you only bought the box, packed and taped it yourself we should not have changed you, and please come in and we would be happy to correct our error and refund your $1. We should have only charged for the box or envelope. I will take this opportunity to train my staff to be more careful and more customer service friendly. This is our lively hood and we want to earn your 5 stars. Philip
