  If I could give this company 10/5 stars I would. Jerimy came out as quickly as he could, was kind and friendly with both me and my mom, was there for an hour and worked the whole time to get my keys out of my trunk and charged a ridiculously low price. I recommend this company over any other service I have used-and this is my third time with this mishap. Friendly, professional and with affordable prices-what’s not to love?

  I called because I have an older sister in town and they answered the phone immediately and it was the evening and Jeremy was right on time the next day and they were so kind to my sister and she was so relieved and felt so much safer. I live in Illinois and was doing this long distance and they got back in touch with me and they were wonderful! Thank you again Jesse and Jeremy! I highly recommend Pacific Coast lock and safe!

  We bought a condo in Depoe Bay and called Pacific Coast to help with changing the locks. Jesse came out the next morning and we went over the various options. He was thorough and helped me go over the pros and cons of the different styles. We ended up with a key code lock which was exactly what I had hoped for. While he was here I asked him to also install a lock on an indoor cabinet. We again went over the different choices and I’m very happy with what we ended up with. Jesse was timely, professional, offered different choices, and I paid exactly what I was expecting. I recommend Jesse and Pacific Coast without reservation.
