  I was replacing the house locks after a friend of our kid who had stayed with us far too long had finally left us and they were recommended by our excellent auto mechanic. Even though I have a Sevierville address, they were able to come to my house (there was an additional fee, of course) and provide a quote within a few days of my request. I live in a manufactured home and the higher quality lockset was on back order, so we waited about 2 months for it to arrive. During this time, I spoke with the technician, the dispatcher, and even the owner trying to obtain a day and time for an installation. They were all apologetic and repeatedly pressured their supplier for the order (I wasn't the only customer waiting for the vendor). When the order finally arrived, they worked with me and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The same technician who provided the quote installed the locks and they are both extremely beautiful and functional! My kid and I had replaced these locks previously with locks from a big box store that supposedly fit and the install was a bear and the deadbolt ceased to function after some time, so i know how difficult it must have been to do! On top of the fantastic job they did, BOTH the tech and the owner gave me discounts on my service! When I need a locksmith, I am calling these guys for sure and will recommend them to everyone!

  Had to order the "clicker" for my 2005 Kia Amanti. And reorder because the first supplier no longer carried it. And programming it was a small challenge. And I only got charger for the "clicker. Amazing customer service.

  They were able to make a new key fob at a much cheaper price than the dealers. I would highly recommend them.
