  My office was recently broken into. When we discovered that the spare key had been taken it was late in the day. I called and even though they were out on another call, they came and installed new locks and rekeyed my entire office - working after hours to get it done. Amazing customer service. Thank you Oroville Safe & Lock!

  Plenty of parking. Good location. Two employees working. Both were very nice. The store is a little small with lots of inventory. I had a couple of keys made for a few bucks! Surprise, surprise. Cheap but the keys were quality cut. The keys worked great, no going back inside for rework. Very important to me. Keys accessories, locks, lots of nitnacks for the home. Auto, WHATEVER. Good store. I recommend this place for this kind of need. Bob

  I would like to know why a business called lock and key would be open from 8 to 5 but only has the guy there to make the keys from 8 to 9. If your a lock and key place shouldn't there be a guy there from 8 to 5 to make the keys? What do people do in the other 8 hours of the day? People need keys made all the time. It dont make sense
