Friendly, helpful staff.  If they don't have it, they will try and order it for you.

Been after them to get me my traction cable for over a month now. Still no results. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. 😡

I literally came running in the door the same minute they closed! From the cashier (Wendy) to the 2 gentlemen (Kevin and ?) helping me, I cannot THANK you enough! I needed a hot water tank, fittings. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and kept reassuring me that it was fine. I was crying as I walked out the door, happy tears! God Bless you all and customer service has never been so appreciated!

I knew they would have what I needed. Everyone there was cordial  and helpful. When I couldn't  find an it they walked me right to it and waited to make sure it was what I was looking for. Don't get this type of care and service at a big box store
Prices are very competitive with the big volume stores too. If you want friendly fast excellent service with very close pricing I say go to Orms  and don't wander around in big box store with help not easy to find or get.

Dropped a window off a while ago to have new glass put it in, finally asked what was going on because we never received a call about it. Now our window is “lost” 🤔 Won’t be going there again, or purchasing our new window from them.

Been shopping at Ormes for 41 years. Before it was moved to its current location.  I spend a good bit here every year. This year alone almost 500.00.
But I have never been treated so badly as I was today.
I rented a carpet machine took it home and it was leaking fluid every where. Oh well I’ll drive it all the way back and get another, they did no problem. Inconvenience, and out some gas money oh well.
Then I returned the machine only to be charged 20.00 for not cleaning. I did clean it, honest, but I guess I didnt open up every nook and cranny and there was some debris under the flap on top.  The young lady who inspected it wasn’t that nice and honestly I should have taken my finger and wiped it out. I missed one little spot, the tanks were washed very well.
The young girl who inspected is usually at the counter, and seems more interesting in talking to friends than working, and more than once I have seen her sort of walk away when people walk in.
I will now shop more at Moore Brothers Hardware in Byesville, and recommend others to do the same.

The negative experience created by the unit failing from the start is not one we wish our customers to have to go through.
