Steve was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. A prepared professional who installed two locks and made an additional eight keys, using the master code to make the duplicates. Highly recommend this locksmith who was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

For starters, Steve returned my call promptly and he showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do and looked for the problem in my lock, starting with the possibility for the problem that would result in the least expensive fix.  He was honest, had it fixed quickly and his price was fair.  This is a business I can highly recommend.

On time was "on time." Steve did a great job on both front and rear doors. He repaired the front door and rekeyed the lock,  changed the combo. Rear door, the knob was changed and new combo lock installed. After initial assessment of needs, he left for supplies and returned. Total time just over an hour. Very professional,  pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Came within 15 mins of me calling the company. The guy who came to unlock my door was very nice and helpful. Within 2 mins he had my door open. Although, the price was a little over priced to unlock a door that takes 2 mins to unlock…

From the minute he answered the phone, Steve was empathetic and professional. Less than 45 minutes later, he opened our desk lock and provided valuable information for us to close out our issue. I highly recommend him.

Steve was great!  He showed-up "On Time," was very friendly/professional, and accommodating to our needs.  He installed handles and deadbolts (example pictured) and re-keyed a bunch of locks to a single key.  I would have no hesitation to recommend Steve to anyone who's looking!
