We are so happy that we chose this locksmith company. I called at noon, and they had a locksmith come in that same afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. The locksmith also adjusted the bolts on the hinges of our doors—besides changing out the locks and re-keying them. We are extremely pleased by the workmanship and skill of Mateo!!  I would definitely recommend this locksmith company.

I was completely happy with my experience with Nonstop from the time I called them to the moment they helped me get back into my house (after I had stupidly locked myself out). The technician was at my door in ten minutes and had me inside (and with a good replacement lock) ten minutes after that. Very reasonable prices, great and friendly service, and a completely professional experience--I'll be using their services again, for sure.

Strangest company ever. One place on says they are open 24 hours a day, then website says they close at 10 pm. I figured they would be cheaper than the dealer quoted price of $150 to replace my car key, so I drive over to the DeKalb Industrial Tech. Location and find a Health shop in suite 112. I called several times but never got an answer. Really disappointing experience.

I was literally in the parking lot for the address of this business when I wrote this review at 7:21 PM. Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the suite (112) to share with google maps. Plus I had driven all around the plaza front and back with no luck in locating them.

Best wishes to whoever tries to contact them next. All I can do is document my experience, and based on that— they’ve lost my business.
