  Vicente and his team at New Concept are awesome! Extremely friendly, easy to work with, and a great price for what they offer. Also incredibly knowledgeable especially when it comes to Europeans or exotics. I was told by multiple locksmiths it'd be impossible to rekey my older Mercedes without the dealer, but Vicente took care of it with ease.

  In all honestly there was some miscommunication in a lot of part, not with just Vicente (owner) but with me. I don’t usually write reviews but for this I just wanted to let people that he really does take care of people. Even with the miscommunication he was willing to take the whole invoice off as I was trying to pay for it. I would recommend New Concept Keys to friends, family or anyone and not only that his price was SUPER fair compare to any other locksmith. Thanks again for helping and providing me service, I look forward to your future services.

  I was impressed with both the response time and open communication during the process! The ease and swiftness of Vicente’s business is hands down the best route to go. I needed car keys made for my 2011 VW Jetta and he was able to finish this job significantly quicker than the dealership. Highly recommend!
