  After a call to the office, Preston called me within 5 minutes. He was only a mile from my house. We both agreed that it was a good time for the job to be done. Within an hour of calling the office Preston had 2 deadbolts added to my doors. Fast and friendly service.

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I sent a message on their website as it was after hours. First thing in the morning I received a call from John. He took my information and called me back within 30 minutes with a quote and an arrival time. They arrived on schedule and within 20 minutes tops, I had my new key and was on my way. The young man who made the key, I didn't get his name, was very helpful. Explained everything he was doing. He was very pleasant and efficient! I would DEFINITELY recommend New Castle Lock and Key. Oh I forgot to mention, they came to Greenville to help me out!
