  Reliable, fast and easy to communicate. I had waited 6 hours for 2 different tow trucks that never showed up from another company. I called this company and they showed up exactly when they said they would. So happy with the service. Our tower was very knowledgeable and kind.

  Great service! One of their mechanics named TJ came out (at night) & fixed a fuel problem I was having. He went above & beyond & was able to properly diagnose the issue I had been having for some time. Would definitely recommend their service!

  Never got beyond the dispatcher Jessica, she has the worst customer service, surprise this person is a voice for any company. Dispatching for a towing company should know what a dual axle is. Not only did your company loose a tire service on the side of the road, but also a tow because the truck was unmanned. Having knowledge in towing this is a lot of money lost especially with it being after hours. Called the Eliot number.
