  David was excellent. As soon as I called (and I was running late for work) he rushed over here and quickly helped me by unlocking my door. We all make mistakes, I accidentally locked myself out but after today’s service I am glad it happened. My experience restored my faith in humanity. He was kind, caring, and quick to address the issue. If I ever need a Lock Smith I’ll be sure to call and I recommend if you need a lock smith that you call My Lock Smith!

  Wow Big thanks to Matan from my locksmith I lost my key ,and I call for my locksmith He came after 15 min And he unlocked my apartment in 2 min The price was great And the service was the best! Quick service thank you! 🙏🏼

  I had called My Locksmith Miami at 10PM about an hour ago, I have been meaning to change the locks on my front door for a while now. Plus I wanted to get a spare key made for my car actually, which is actually just parked outside in the street. Anyways... The customer service lady was very helpful and told me they could be there in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient for me because I didn't want to leave my car parked on the street for a long time. They arrived in about 15 minutes and got right to work after accepting payment. Pretty straightforward process overall, though I would have expected that from a locksmith. The main reason why I am writing this review is because the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Great service, 5 stars for sure!
