  Dishonest Bait and switch! I specifically asked them to order a Honda Factory key fob for my 2006 crv. They checked online when I was there and said yes the factory fob is available and it will be $155 total for key and programming. They called me that key was in and made appointment to program. Handed me key at counter after programming and noticed it was a China aftermarket key fob. He said he couldn’t get the factory but the aftermarket was just as good. I had to pay full price for the Chinese knock-off key. Should have received a courtesy call that factory was unavailable and a discount for the price difference in the aftermarket key. I could have ordered 2 aftermarket keys/fob myself for $30 paid for the programming, paying less and ending up with 2 new programmed keys. In the past they have always talked down the aftermarket keys and always recommend paying for factory replacement? Very disappointed with this transaction and will probably just go to dealer in future.

  Sir, There is currently a micro processor shortage and some keys are in short supply. I told you that the key is guaranteed and if you would like to return the key I will be happy to refund your money. Have a great day.

  Lost the keys for my Scion TC and called this company for a replacement thinking I'd get a key fob for the $160 they quoted me. He showed up and gave me valet keys and a ton of scratches on my door panel from failing to open it. I asked during the service to get a key fob key and was quoted $160 for it. I didn't get a call back for 2 weeks so I ordered my own key blank and called him again, he answered and told me because I bought a Chinese key he would charge me $200 ($40 more then the quote of the service call price) pass or fail and asked for down payment for ordering another key which he said would be $60 from his Chinese "reputable" company. I obviously knew from dealing with this guy and his extremely toxic, bad attitude and prior reviews I HAD to find another lock smith. I did and had my key programmed for $60. Google Noyes Keys Smith and don't use this guy.

  Lost one of my two fobs for my 2016 Buick and he ordered it and it was next day and affordable!! So grateful! Great business.
