  We have a D&D MagnaLock on one of the gates surrounding our pool. It was locked because the gate was blocked by shrubs and only one access gate was used. We now wanted access. The previous owners didn’t leave keys, so I started calling locksmiths in the Seminole area and each quickly responded they didn’t have the key and didn’t know where to get one. I called Mr. McPick and the owner answered, was very helpful, gave me his cell number and told me to send him a photo of the lock. I did but it was difficult to see. Yet he encourage me that we keep trying. I found a photo of the key online, sent it to him and he immediately responded that he had the key. I picked it up and it worked perfectly, saving me the task of cutting the lock and a costly replacement. He was extremely helpful and frankly, my request was a nuisance that cost him more of his valuable time than the cost of the key. I was very impressed by his kindness, helpfulness, competence, knowledge and willingness to take the time to assist me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any locksmith needs. Anyone who will take the time to handle the little nuisance requests is who I’d want handling the big projects. I highly recommend Mr McPick.

  I would highly recommend Steve to anyone in the area needing a locksmith! Me getting locked out was most definitely unexpected. I called and he arrived within minutes! The old a** lock seemed to be a bit of a challenge (to me at least); Steve was able to replace it > I’m so glad he did, because if not this would’ve probably happened again! Quick, efficient, and a good price! Very happy w/ the service I received. Thanks, Steve 😁

  Great guy running his business very well and very fair! Came to my house quick for a new set of keys for my car and even made me a spare for a great deal! Even gave me the number of a good mechanic to fix my AC!
