  Absolutely Horrible service!!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! The locksmith was over an hour late, wasn't updated on why I had to call over again to see what was going on. When locksmith came he smelled like weed! I had someone else come bring me keys because he couldn't even open it. And I was still charged for him shows up. Definitely do not recommend this place I even called right now to let know just how upset I was and the guy on the phone asked me "What was my point" can you believe that? I don't recommend this place at all!

  Customer service was horrible. I called one day trying to get a locksmith to come to my client's house to fix a lock. They never came out. The next day l called at 8 am and was told a technician would get back to me soon. 3 hrs later l had not received a call from a tech. So l called and told them to cancel. They had thr worst customer service.
