My key broke in my lock, it snapped right in half. I gave Chuck a ring. He answered on the first ring and told me that he was finishing a job and took my information and he would come out right away. Call back within 5 minutes to confirm and was at my house in 30. He was extremely professional and respectful of my home got it done quickly and did not try to upsell me on any other products or services.

We called Monroe Lock and Safe Company at close to 11:00 p.m. because we were accidentally locked out of our house. Not only was Chuck Shy cheerful at being awakened at that late hour, he was at our house quickly to get us inside. He was professional, and made sure to check my ID to verify it was actually our house. We are not hoping to repeat this experience any time soon, but if we do, we would not hesitate to call Chuck again.

Picked a lock on an expensive bike rack and cut a working key without one to work off of. He does great work and is a nice guy.

I locked myself out of the house and panicked, I called another company that said they could be here in 3 hours so I started calling around. My next call was Monroe Lock & Safe, Chuck answered and was very professional. He said he would be here in 30 minutes and showed up in 15! He was in my front door is less than 5 minutes and was very reasonable in price. A true professional! I highly recommend this company for all of your locked out needs!
