Got locked out and needed quick help.  Called a locksmith I’d used before and they couldn’t get to me for several days,  called mobile locksmith and they came out within 2 hours (after hours, around 6:30pm).  No after hours charge.  I missed the young man’s name but he was courteous, professional, and quickly solved the problem.  Can you  really ask for (or expect) more than that?

They saved the day when we were locked out of the house in the backyard! The technician arrived within 20 minutes and quickly unlocked the door. He was very professional and reasonably priced.

Man these guys are great. When my wife accidentally lost our Tahoe keys these guys came right out to the house. From the time I called them they were there in about an hour and had me fixed and driving in about 30 minutes.I would recommend them to anybody. Good job guys

After 2 other companies told me they couldn't do what I needed done.. ( eventhough it said they could on their websites ) and one wouldn't call me back after 2 days... I call these guys, and pow... Patrick knows his stuff. Was early, Polite and easy to work with. Told me exactly what he was doing and why.
* No key code. No problem these guys can figure it out in no time. Quick, timely job done right the first time. This kind of customer service is rare now days. I "highly" recommend this company if you have any key, lock, or lockout issue..!!

Alex did a fantastic job helping me. He was fast responsive and dedicated, even had to go back to the shop to get another key and he was back in an instant. I highly recommend Alex and his company!

From the owner to the desk attendant they were both very unprofessional from start to incompletion of task. Was told how "some people" love to ask a thousand questions after he got off the phone. neither employees were ABLE to rekey the ignition. Wouldn't recommend. Business hours on door do not reflect the Google listing either... horrible experience from the time I walked in the door.

Great price, and service, with no surprise fee at the end. A friendly technician showed up in no time and got Me back in My car in just a few minutes. No BS. They showed up and got the problem handled, and I got a great deal. More People need to do business like this.
