  Amazing service! My mother has dementia and started to wander and get out of the house. They set us up with keyed deadbolts for all our sliding glass doors to keep everyone safely inside. Very fast service - came to check it out, ordered locks, and installed in under a week. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!

  Negative reviews are not routine for me, but this experience was so disappointing. Got locked out of my apartment, and inquired online for a quote. Instead of quoting us, they asked for our address and came immediately. We were not quoted until after our service was being performed. Our service included destroying our doorknob, and leaving us with a hole in our front door for almost $200. Nearly $200 for a lockout. That seems a little steep to me, even if given proper service. Also, our virtual receipt was not itemized, it was a “custom value”, which was odd to me. Really disappointing and added a great deal of stress to our day as we had to leave our residence to go to work with a hole in our door. Edit: and before the owner comments saying they don’t have any record of serving me, here is a picture of my receipt.
