  Friendly and quick response by phone or email! Last week, I locked myself out of my apartment. Mike was able to meet my at my apartment within 30 minutes of calling and drill out the lock and replace it with a new one right then. Today, I had him back to install a keypad dead bolt so I don't get locked out again, lol He installed it in less than 45 minutes and walked me through how to program it and replace the battery. I'll be contacting MLS again if I have any other lock issues!

  When our lock would only turn halfway, we knew something went wrong. We called locksmith and asked them to do something about it. they technician didn’t need much time to tackle the issue, and he also didn’t charge us a lot. We appreciate the great job.
