  I called MJ Lock & Key on Thursday Oct 21, 2021 to price a new key fob for my truck. From the very first phone call Rachel was so polite and knowledgeable. She said she would call back to confirm if the technician could do the job. The very next day she called to confirm they could. The price she quoted was phenomenal! The technician that came was Matt. Let me tell you this guy is super talented, friendly and knows his stuff. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for professionalism and top notch service. They offer it! Again, thank you for a job well done.

  Matt has an amazing level of expertise with his craft. We had an older model front door lock and knob malfunction. Matt came out and accessed the problem and was able to repair the issue on the spot! Communication from start to finish was excellent and I was very satisfied with the finished product.
