  I've gotten keys from them before and both times the keys don't work. The first time I let it go giving them another chance but the second time is the same. Non of the copied keys worked. I've sent them an email the second time but still waiting for a reply. Good idea but they need a lot more tweeking on the kiosks.

  I just printed two keys for my apartment and both keys do not work. One occasionally locks the door if you get the right insert, but cannot unlock my door. I know I copied the right key because it’s the only key I have and now I have two more that were a waste of my money.

  I had 6 keys copied and none of them worked. I had to go get a refund from counter and have a person cut in store.
