Very unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied. I called them to help me because i locked my keys in my car. After waiting an hour I called to see if someone was coming. They stated that it was in their records that I called to cancel when I had never called them but for the 1st initial time to have someone come out. I then agreed to wait around for them to send someone. 45 minutes later I called back because someone still had not showed. They are located less than 10 minutes away from where I needed assistance. They advised me that once again it was canceled and I still had not called to cancel. After this time I told them I would just call someone else. After I did so and hung up I called another company only to have these people harass my phone to let me know they were coming once I had actually canceled. Waste of time and I do not advise using them.

I called here because I locked my keys in the car with my dog at night and they were SO unprofessional and incompetent on the phone and then the locksmith they said they were sending NEVER SHOWED UP! Never even called to confirm anything 🙄 I had to call the fire department to help me.
