  As long as I can find a minute key kiosk,I will use this service. I've used this service several times & love not having to wait in line. But most recently, I purchased 4 keys which didn't end up working for me. I reached out to the company via email & they responded promptly. Expressed their apologies for my inconvenience, got all the details of my purchase & soon after sent me a refund check. The most amazing part was the letter of apology that arrived with the refund check. One that expressed the companies high standards & pride taken in customer satisfaction. And how they deeply value relationships with their customers. I perceive this company to be one of integrity and I appreciate that. THANK YOU MR. KEY!! 🔑🔑
