  Would much rather work with a human. I needed one copy of 3 keys so I had to make 3 separate transactions which is very inconvenient. The keys work fine but the process is annoying.

  After spending 30 minutes a the Kiosk attempting to duplicate a key I surrendered to the old fashioned way. Going to the website was useless after signing in I got Google search. Mind you I am in the store at the Kiosk. Great idea poorly implemented.

  All had a hard time sliding into the door & one was totally unable to get into the door. I have to go somewhere else to get them redone.
