  I was quoted on the phone that the service call was $20, and the cost to open the house started at $29.99. I was also told they would call and give me an estimate before the work was done. My son was here and paid them with his card... for $182! I was NEVER made aware of the amount, much less before the work was done. And they didnt even open the house- it was the storm door!! I called and was told TWICE a manager would call me back, and that was five days ago. Would never use this company again.
