  The brass one is okay but the designed one is of bad quality as it didn’t print well and started to peel off right away.

  Simple transaction that became a bait-and-switch. Offering a free brass key is a marketing ploy to cause you to accidentally purchase a second key. When I corrected this by removing one of the keys from my cart, it didn't cut the "free" brass key. So, just one cost me $4. Didn't hurt my feelings, but I won't be using the service again. I don't feel they'll be around for long, considering what they're trying to get away with.
