  I purchased 3 keys(buy 2 get 1 free) from the Kiosk at a large chain retailer. I got home and none of the three keys worked. Since Minute Key offers a money back guaranty and they emailed my receipt the process should have been easy. I emailed them from the link on the emailed receipt to report the problem and get my money back. 29 days later…still no response. I know it’s just $8 but I would strongly suggest having a service clerk cut your keys in the future. Even if they don’t work the refund process will be much better.

  We made three spare keys at this site, buy two get one free! Everyone of them worked smooth as a butter opening our house door. Took us 5 ~ 10 min at max for the keys to be completed, worth waiting for this high quality product.
