  Easy, fast and very convenient instead of having to wait for someone to help you, I absolutely loved it. Also has the convenience of letting you pay with either credit or cash. Also just one little thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have a lot of design options your limited to choosing from only 10 they also have regular keys, I didn’t like any of them lol but I still chose a blue one that looked a little nice. Other than that I will continue to use it for the convenience of not having to wait for someone just to make a key

  We made a copy of a key, and it didn’t work. We went BACK to lowe’s. There was no way of getting a refund or a new key, and the associate was extremely rude. The keys are very expensive when you buy it at a kiosk, so it’s not fair.

  I was Told they come to u and CHT ANY KEY!!!!!!!! Then they said I'll get a call but the So Called Tech DID CALL ME He text me they cant do my KEY CUT !!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Thays PROFESSIONAL???????? NOT💯💯💯💯💯👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
