  This is our second time using Minute Key and both times we've had keys made, the copies don't come out right. We tested our duplicates we had made the other day on our doors at home and the keys won't lock or unlock our locks?? Although the cut of the key looked the same, it wouldn't do it's purpose of locking or unlocking our doors. We ended up having an actual person make copies of our original key which now work. Do yourself a favor, save your money and have an actual person certified to cut your keys.
