Great way to make duplicate keys. I once had a problem with a key not working, and the company was very responsive in giving me a refund. I like that their machines are in several different stores around town. I will use them again and again.

I was so excited to find a Hello Kitty KW1 in Portland. But they didn't cut a KW1, they cut a KW10. This "works" but not well. Specifically in my Kwikset I can't push the key in all the way and have it turn like a real KW1. This is because the bottom shoulder is too long on the KW10.
